Return & Exchange Policy

If, for any reasons ,
  • there is a defect with your Hilyah purchase not caused by your wear or use ;
  • you are not happy with your purchase ; or
  • you just change your mind about your purchase,
do not despair :) . We will be glad to assist you with a prompt exchange. We regret, however, that we do not provide monetary refunds on your purchase.
Returns/exchanges will be bound by the following guidelines: 
  • Product(s) must be sent for return/exchange to us within7 days from the date of delivery for purchases within Malaysia, and 21 days from the date of delivery for other purchases, with a formal notification via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   • We cannot accept returns/exchanges of worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
  • Items to be returned must come in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.  
  • Sale of discounted /special price items are final and not return/exchangeable.
  • Cost for returning the items shall be borne by the customer.
  • Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
  • If the exchange is due to defective product not caused by the customer, we will refund the cost of sending the product back to us.

Please take note that Hilyah Islamic Designs shall not be responsible for the loss of items or any
damage that may occur on transit for return or exchange. Therefore, you are advised to pack your
returned items properly and send by reliable shipping means.
